Ice Cream Sandwiches

Ice cream sandwiches are definitely one of those things that make me completely push aside this ridiculous "lactose-intolerant" part of me. Back in '08 when I spent my summer in San Francisco, every balmy day was met with an amazing IT'S IT.

Looks like this amazing creation of two cookies smushed together with ice cream is starting to take trend, with places like Cookie Bar in Chicago taking point. (NOTE: These people would be so much better if they had gooier cookies, and fresh-made batches for the night crowd...)
