POUTINE!

So lately, my gluttonous self has found a true love for.. poutine. But how can one NOT love fries, sprinkled in cheese curds and slathered with gravy. YUM. My favorite in Chicago has been the duck poutine (which also has an added ingredient of duck confit) from Fork. Today, however, I'm giving them a run for their money and testing out a poutinerie, a place focused solely on poutine. Let's see how this goes, and how much regret I will have in the morning.
