There's something amazing about having a farmers market amongst the concrete towers of the Loop. Especially when one strolls past and the brilliant hues of yellows and reds of summer's final flowers lure you into the market.

These celosia flowers are so strange looking to me, like a coral held up on a blistered stalk. Either way, they're gorgeous, and I've seen them made into some beautiful arrangements!
