Gimme More! Pozole!
Did you know, there is only ONE pozoleria in Chicago? Yes, they have other items (flautas and tortas galore!), but the star of their menu is the pozole. And not just any kind, three different kinds: roja, verde, blanca--each representing a color of the Mexican flag! Read more about it at the Chicagoist!
